About NUGGET - TX ResQ Puppy

The founder of the rescue and No Kill sanctuary who saved puppy NUGGET and her five siblings when they were not even 2-months-old and nursed them all to good health, wrote about NUGGET as follows: 'This is Nugget. The tiniest of her litter... the little one who had to fight just a bit harder from the very beginning. The runt. But what you can't see in her photo... is where she came from. Nugget and her littermates were rescued from a home where they were being hurt, where their cries could be heard by neighbors who knew something wasn't right. And because someone spoke up... they made it out. Including this little girl. And now... look at her. That smile. Those bright, happy eyes. That little tongue that refuses to stay in her mouth. You would never know the life she was saved from. Nugget is a 7-month-old German Shepherd / Pitbull mix who is available for adoption, along with several of her siblings.
