He is one of many buns here competing for the title of friendliest rescue bun ever! You can never go wrong with the classic, good-natured disposition of a dutch bunny. Geronimo is no exception! Geronimo is the type of bun who will transition quickly into a new home. He's super trusting, doesn't mind being picked up and is just wanting someone to love. He's got good litter box habits and the sweetest little personality. You'll absolutely adore him like I do! Geronimo was welcomed into the rescue on June 27, 2026. He was neutered on July 23, 2026. Geronimo should be housed in an exercise pen or free roam. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is always open and an exercise pen placed around it. (Nylon, pop-up playpens are not recommended as a rabbit will chew right through it!) Please be over 21 if inquiring about Geronimo. Rabbits are a 10+ year commitment. Geronimo can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you've never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
