About Honey

I found this sweet girl dumped in an empty area, and apparently somewhat pregnant according to how she's looking after only a month. I've tried finding her family or willing adopters on social media, but I have received no response. She is a real sweetheart that loves pets and attention, but she appears to have been a neglected dog as far as most general training goes. She always comes back if I let her off the lead for a little while, especially now that she's further in pregnancy. She knows to sit and when to stop trying to jump on you, but she is definitely a little attention hog and gets in front of you a lot if you're bent down to do something in the yard. Her status for inside the house is unknown as I already had two dogs when I found her, and one has decided that he hates her no matter what and wants to attack her despite being normally well-behaved (he gets leash-walked to protect her, naturally). She's not in immediate danger, but if she has puppies out here, at least one or two are likely to be taken and killed by the wildlife if not the untrained pitbulls our neighbors occasionally decide to release, who are very aggressive and have tried to attack people and their animals. I am willing to adopt her out for no fees as long as you can, of course, guarantee your ability to provide for her needs (whether that means a spay-abort or caring for and finding homes for her puppies).
