Emergency Rehoming Needed: Meet Margaret! Margaret is a beautiful 7-year-old black cat who is urgently looking for a new home. Due to an unexpected cross-country move in the next few days, her family is heartbroken that they cannot take her with them and must find her a safe, loving home as soon as possible. Margaret is the definition of an easygoing companion. She is affectionate and enjoys spending time with her people, but she's also wonderfully independent and appreciates having her own space when she wants it. She's a calm, gentle, 'super chill' cat who adapts well to family life and isn't prone to drama. She enjoys both indoor and outdoor living and loves having the freedom to relax in a sunny spot inside or safely explore outside. Margaret is great with children and has lived successfully around both cats and dogs, whom she generally tolerates well.
