Zara is a one-year-old Cane Corso with a puppy-dog personality. Her owners were unable to re-home her before a military PCS and were about to surrender her to a shelter despite being told she would likely be euthanized. We took her in as a temporary foster and helped socialize her with other dogs, people, and cats. She is now ready to find a new home where she gets the love and attention she deserves. Zara is best described as a cuddly couch potato. She strongly bonds with 'her person' and has all the hallmarks of a velcro dog. She has no vices and no known health issues besides a mild cherry eye. Zara needs to find a home asap as we cannot keep her much longer.
