About Barnacle

Hi. My name is Barnacle. I am searching for my forever or a loving foster home I was born into the world of dog fighting but lucky for me, I was just a young pup when the authorities found us and took us away from that life. Some friends and I had to go to a holding facility, like a boarding kennel and wait for the court proceedings and all. Now that is over and I came to Pick Your Paw Rescue to look for my forever home. Some of my friends are still waiting. While all my needs were met and the caretakers did the best they could I never lived in a house before now and I never saw a microwave or washing machine. I never shared a house with humans or another dog either. It's a lot to learn. I am trying my best and my foster family and training team are doing such a great job to help me along. One day soon, I'll be ready to find my family. I will still need work and patience and training and probably someone who has experience with taking care of dogs like me who need a little extra guidance and care. I'm learning so much and doing so well, I really am such a lucky boy I have a lot of love to give and I am a very good boy. One day soon, with the help of my team and my forever family, I'll be a great boy. My heart is as big as the ocean and I will love you forever!
