About Shelby

Shelby is a 6-year-old Plott/Pit rescue who lives in Raleigh, NC, with her fur brother Bubba and human babies who are 2.5 and 5,and her parents. Shelby has had anxiety since we adopted her at 7 weeks (we were told she was 9 weeks). We feel she would thrive in a family with plenty of room to run, and either other pets or children but not both. She wants a lot of attention & time that we sadly don't have. She is in excellent health. She does have allergies which are well-managed on her medication. We have all of her vet records available since birth. It truly breaks our heart to rehome her, but we want her to have a full and happy life being treated as someone's priority.
