Dumped and abandoned, this precious baby is so overwhelmed by the shelter that she pooped herself out of pure fear. Her world has been turned upside down, and the noisy, stressful shelter is only making it worse. She isn't a bad dog-she's a terrified puppy. Hattie doesn't need more time in a kennel. She just needs out of the shelter to truly shine.
