Frankie is a 1-year-old, 12lb neutered male Chihuahua mix that had been in the shelter since March. He is with us now and hoping for a forever family! Frankie is a very independent and nervous guy at first, but once you take the time to get to know him he warms right up and is very sweet!!! He loves to sit on laps and be held, gets along well with other small dogs. Frankie's favorite thing to do is snuggle up in a big, soft bed with a blanket. Frankie would love a calm home with no kids that allows him to explore his surroundings and people at his own pace and let him have his quiet lap time!
