About Sunny

Sunny is a 4-year-old Labrador with a heart as big as his smile. Despite being abandoned and surviving life-threatening heatstroke, he has remained incredibly sweet, friendly, and eager to be around people. Sunny was born with a unique congenital abnormality affecting his mouth and jaw, which means he cannot be safely intubated and therefore cannot undergo surgery, including being neutered. He also eats a little differently, preferring his food rolled into meatball-sized bites, but he has adapted beautifully and doesn't let his special needs slow him down. Sunny is affectionate, resilient, and ready to leave his difficult past behind for a home where he will be loved, understood, and cherished for exactly who he is.
