About Athena

Athena is a 1-year-old German Shepherd, needs an active home. Athena's person moved out and couldn't take her, so we're looking for the right home for this girl. She's about a year old, super smart, and honestly hasn't had much training yet and she's got that raw GSD intelligence that just needs someone to put in the work with her. She'd do best with an active family who has time for training, exercise, and giving her a job to do. Not spayed yet. She's good with small kids but she doesn't understand her size and just knocks them over with no regard to them really. She's not a good fit for a first-time dog owner or a low-energy household as she needs structure and activity to really thrive.
