About Penelope

Hi, this is Penelope. She is a pup probably a teenager dog. We don't know how old she is exactly but she recently was adopted but then abandoned by her owner. She's a dog that grows close to caring hearts and she even loves snuggles. She doesn't bark at all. She loves people, she loves new things, and is just a curious dog in general. I really just want her to have a good home but she needs to have a home that has a patient heart and a caring heart. I see her as a five year-old child that's still trying to get the hang of things. Unfortunately, my apartment only allows two pets, and I have two cats. Also, I'd rather you meet with us first before taking Penelope in because I don't want her to be left at a home that doesn't value her
