Buck is a 3-year-old, 90+ pound Boxer with a huge heart ��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F and an even bigger personality. ��%BD��%BD%90 He's searching for an experienced, large-breed owner who understands that structure, consistency, and leadership are the keys to helping him thrive. Buck's story is heartbreaking. His previous owner listed him for free on Facebook because they were moving and couldn't take him. Buck needs an owner who can recognize when he's becoming overstimulated and redirect him before he escalates. ��%BD��%BD%90%BEHe knows how to settle with a simple 'sit' command, but he cannot be allowed to make his own decisions or have free rein of the house while adjusting to a new home. He needs several weeks of consistent structure and routine to be successful. ��%BD��%BD%90 ��%BD��%BD%9D��%BD��%BD%8FBuck is not looking for sympathy-he's looking for someone who will confidently lead him and help him be the amazing dog we know he can be. He doesn't need you to feel sorry and baby him he NEEDS someone to lift him up and build his confidence. ��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BDBecause of his reactivity toward some male dogs, Buck would do best as an only dog or with a carefully matched female companion. ��%BD��%BD%90��%BDWhile he has done well around cats in the past, slow introductions are always recommended. ��%BD��%BDͻ Buck has so much love to give to the right family.
