Meet Karl! Looking for a best friend who never meets a stranger? Karl might be the perfect match! Karl is a 10-month-old, 60-pound Goldendoodle with a heart as big as his fluffy paws. He came to Fur Fun Rescue after his owner moved into assisted living and could no longer care for him. While that was a difficult change, Karl hasn't let it dampen his happy spirit. Karl is the kind of dog who believes everyone is a friend he just hasn't met yet. He greets new people with a wagging tail and loves children. He's also fantastic with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion to romp around with, although it's not required. At just 10 months old, Karl is still very much a puppy. He has plenty of energy and loves to run, play, and explore. Because of this, a physically fenced yard is required so he has a safe place to stretch his legs and burn off his puppy enthusiasm. When playtime is over, Karl is more than happy to soak up attention from his people. He's affectionate, social, and eager to be included in whatever his family is doing. Karl is ready to leave his past behind and start the next chapter of his life with a family who will love him for years to come.
