About Elle

Elle is a 2 year old sweetheart with a gentle heart and an even sweeter personality. She loves people, enjoys affection, and is happiest simply spending time with her humans. Right now, Elle is recovering from two hairline fractures in her front leg, so she's taking life a little slower than most young dogs. She's currently on restricted activity with short walks, enrichment, and plenty of time to rest while she heals. She has been an absolute trooper through it all. Even with her temporary setback, Elle's loving nature shines through. She's dog friendly, but during her recovery she'll need to avoid rough play so her leg can heal properly. A calm home where she can relax and continue building her confidence will help her thrive. Elle is looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt home that will give her the patience, structure, and love she deserves. In return, you'll get a loyal companion who is grateful for every kind word, gentle cuddle, and quiet moment by your side. Sometimes the best dogs just need a little time to heal.
