About Sarge

Found as a Stray litter at the rodeo arena in St Johns Arizona by the St. Johns Dog Rescue group. The litter of 5 Malinois Mix pups had DNA tests done : 34% Belgian Malinois, 21% Australian Cattle dog, 17% Siberian Husky , 7% German Shepherd. The pups are currently about 5 months of age. They are being fostered at Sprucedale dude ranch in the mountains near Alpine, Arizona. They are having a life in Paradise, hiking in meadows of daisies, swimming in ponds, playing with the ranch dogs, and loving the 60 guests that visit the ranch each week. The ranch will close in October. These healthy, loving pups will need a forever home. Sarge is the adventurous one. He loves to chase birds, jump off of logs or porch decks, and be at the front of the pack when exploring trails. He is calm and loving around people. He is 'ranch dog' and is not inside a house. So, house training would be needed. He knows the 'Sit' command and 'Back' and is learning to leash walk. He learns quickly because he is food-motivated and likes to be around people. He will make someone a wonderful buddy.
