��%90%BE Meet Abigail! ��%90%BE Abigail is a 1-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer/Pit Bull mix, weighing in at 48 pounds of pure happiness! She may have some Pit Bull coloring, but she's got that classic Pointer personality and an absolutely contagious zest for life. One of our favorite things about Abigail is that she is active and chill all at the same time. She can go from zooming around the yard and showing off her athletic abilities to happily settling in with her people. And when she stands still in the yard, don't be surprised if she suddenly POINTS. Those GSP instincts are definitely in there! Abigail is an absolute social butterfly. She loves dogs of all sizes and ages and does wonderfully with her foster siblings. She'll play with the dogs who want to play, hang out with the old-timers, and has even been known to gently groom her senior foster friends. She's equally happy spending time with her humans. And kids? She loves them! Abigail is very gentle with children and enjoys being around people of all ages. She is also wonderfully well-mannered for such a young, athletic girl. Abigail is fully potty trained, knows how to use the dog door, is crate trained and crates easily, and walks on a leash. She's an easy keeper who already has so many of the basics down. Then there is the tail. ���� Abigail ALWAYS wags her tail. Happy to see you? Wagging. Going outside? Wagging. Getting attention? Wagging. Eating? That tail is going approximately 900 miles per hour. We wouldn't be surprised if one day she accidentally takes flight during dinner. Abigail loves a good toy and would absolutely thrive with someone who wants to have fun with her. She's athletic, agile, and can jump HIGH, making her a fantastic candidate for frisbee, agility, or another activity where she can use her brain and burn some energy. But don't let all that athletic ability fool you-Abigail also knows how to relax. Once she's gotten her fun out, she's perfectly content hanging out with her people and enjoying life. She's beautiful, goofy, affectionate, gentle, social, and just genuinely happy to be alive.
