Goldie was born at the St John's Dog Rescue from a Rescued St Bernard mom. All the other puppies with St Bernard coats were adopted. Goldie and her sister had smooth dachshund-like coats and were not readily adopted. Goldie is 21% Saint Bernard and only 5% Golden Retriever. She's currently being 'fostered' in ' Puppy Paradise' at a dude ranch in the White Mountains National Forest. she loves to sit in laps, play for hours everyday with the other fostered pups and ranch figs. She's easily trained as she likes good and people. We believe that she's cat-friendly, as well. She would easily be house-trained but currently the puppies live outside. She is affectionate and playful and can play for hours. She doesn't bark a lot except at galloping horses. She will make some family a wonderful buddy.
