Pinky is an albino Doberman that was abandoned by a breeder. We assume it is because of her birth defect; she has a leg deformity on her left leg. But X-rays and the vet say no signs of it being a hindrance or being painful. Pinky uses the leg for going up and down stairs, balance when running, and hugs and paw shakes! She is a very sweet girl and is eager to please, like most Dobermans. She is curious about her cat friends, but not aggressive. She loves people and is a leaneer when people dote on her. She needs a home that has the means and time to get her good training and to give her lots of attention. She is a velcro dog with the people she chooses! Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident that has left me disabled, and I am unable to give her the exercise and care she needs. I have only had her since April, and this unexpected, life-changing event has pushed me to make the sad but necessary decision to re-home her. During my time with her, I, with the help of my Vet, got her diet sorted. She is allergic to chicken and is doing best on a fish and grain diet. She is very light sensitive but wears tinted Rex Specs goggles like a champ! Because she is albino, she needs sun protection; she is a pro at getting SPF put on or wearing UV clothing. She will come to your home with so much! Health insurance until next April. UV clothes, a kennel/crate if you want it (she has not used it or been trained to use it yet), goggles with extra lenses, and anything else I have that she uses (like her bed, blanky, and toys).
