About Lena

Lena (nickname Lena Bean) is a 13 year old female minpin with no major health issues. She had cloudy eyes and her hearing is starting to go, but that's it. As with many minpins, she's rather dominant and territorial, but isn't aggressive. She also barks frequently, of course, but she's nice and really loves to snuggle up with you or under any blanket. One of her back legs acts up occasionally, but it isn't much of an issue. We love her, but as a busy young family we cannot give her the attention she needs and our relationship with her is strained by the barking and frequent clean up of pee from the carpets as she marks her territory from our many cats, presumably. We would love to find a home for someone that can give her more attention and ideally has experience with senior dogs or/and minpins specifically. I want to also be clear that if for any reason she isn't working out, we want to take her back; We genuinely just want a better life for her, if possible.
