About Mora

Meet Mora ��%BD��%BD����%BD��%BD%A4Z Mora got her name from the Mora Excelsa tree-a species known for being incredibly resilient and producing strong hardwood. Fun fact: when the bark is boiled, it's said to have anti-diarrheal properties...which honestly would've come in handy with all the lettuce-related stomach issues going around lately. ��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD Luckily, this Mora only leaves behind love. Before we go any further, let's get one thing straight: if your couch and bed are off-limits, Mora is not the dog for you. She is a professional snuggler, and her cuddling skills are truly unmatched. Her favorite place to sleep is curled up against you or stretched out right beside you. She'll gently press her head into you-often tucking it into your neck-as her way of saying, 'You're my safe place.' Mora is the kind of dog everyone hopes for. She loves going for walks and is the type of girl you can take just about anywhere. She's friendly with people, calm around other dogs, and has a quiet confidence that makes her easy to have by your side. At home, she's living her best life with three cats and is an absolute angel with them. She also spends time with other dogs and is perfectly happy to peacefully coexist. While she's not looking to join a WWE-style wrestling match in the backyard, she's more than content to wander, sniff, and simply enjoy another dog's company. Now...give this girl a yard, and suddenly her breed instincts take over. Birds? They're serious business. Mora has been known to stand completely frozen for ten straight minutes, studying them with the focus of a wildlife documentary narrator. (Bunnies are another story. Her listening skills may briefly disappear if one makes an appearance.) She's wonderful in a crate but has also earned the privilege of free-roaming the house without getting herself into trouble. She's gentle with her home, just like she's gentle with the people she loves. Mora is truly a magnificent beauty with an equally beautiful, sensitive heart. She's looking for a family that believes in kindness, patience, and positive reinforcement. No harsh corrections are needed-she wants to please and responds beautifully to gentle guidance. And finally, we have to talk about the hair. Mora has the cutest little tuft on top of her head that is just begging for bows or clips. Every morning it sticks straight up like she just rolled out of bed after dreaming about squirrels. It's ridiculously adorable and somehow makes her even more charming.
