I have a one yr old male Maine Coon that needs a new home. He has started to become very territorial with the addition of an outside family member needing to move in with us. He has been urinating all over, despite no health issues. He's also showing signs of stress and chewing, and I think he just needs a new situation. He's clearly unhappy with the change in our house. I cannot continue to deal with the loads of cat pee soaked blankets, bedding, clothing, pillows, etc. In the interest of peace in my home, he needs a new situation, asap- I'm at my witts end. He is up to date on shots, neutered and extremely friendly. He's been around three dogs and 2 kids with no issues. He did great with a female cat friend. He's very social, curious, playful and confident and likes to snuggle- especially at bedtime. He's very vocal. He also uses the toilet- if the lid's up, he will pee in it (but does #2 in the box).I am asking a rehoming fee. He did come from a breeder, who has since ghosted me when I've reached out about the issues.
