TOOTSIE, a 9-month-old exotic Pitbull/German Shepherd-mixed puppy, was rescued along with her siblings and their dad by a No Kill rescue from an extremely abusive 'home' in rural Texas. Despite her brutal early mistreatment and the horrors she witnessed, puppy TOOTSIE emerged with her heart intact and only shows love to everyone she meets, including children and other dogs.
