About Rosco

I was supposed to foster Roscoe for a man from Nov to Jan Roscoe is a very sweet and affectionate boy that thinks he should be a lap dog he needs space or a yard away from city noise he can't jump high enough to get on my raised bed but will get in the recliner he will lick my cat when they pass each other he likes to lick me also he is a good watch dog always lets me know when someone comes in down stairs but also knows hush he knows get down / move leave it and let's go he plays well with my 2 dogs I think he was a stray in a rural area at one point by some of his behaviors I know he was neutered somewhere because of the ink tattoo on his belly he probably also has a chip he is free to anyone who can come pick him up because I don't have a car right now I just can't manage 4 pets 3 was plenty and Roscoe is just not happy in my city apartment
