About Teddy

Hi - I'm Teddy. I'm potty trained, crate trained and worked with dog trainers to behave nicely on walks. I love to sunbathe and go for walks but mostly want to be inside near my humans next to their feet or cuddled up on the couch. I am trained to stay off furniture as well and know several obedience commands. I do like other dogs but absolutely love meeting new people. I can get excited but have been trained to not jump on people when I meet them. I want to be friends with cats, but my size scares them, and if they run, I want to chase them. I follow the rules in our house and don't go into the gated sections where the cat lives. The issue I have is that the other dog in our house can be reactive; he snaps at me, and our fighting escalates which has everyone very anxious. Since I am so strong, and a food thief, I need to be in a home with a non-reactive dog and someone who is used to the stubborn streak I have as a pitbull. I have my own large crate, dog beds, treats, preventative medications and food all ready to go with me. There are more phots if anyone wants to see them.
