About Kit

Meet Kit! Kit's story started on the streets, where he was found as a stray with a leg injury. Thankfully, he received the care he needed and has since made a full recovery. Now he's ready to leave his past behind and find a safe, loving home of his own. Kit is an affectionate little guy. He can be a bit reserved at first and takes a little time to feel comfortable in new surroundings, but once he warms up, he truly shines. He loves being pet and will happily lean into your hand. With people, he is incredibly sweet and trusting. In our shelter, Kit has shown that he prefers not to interact with other cats. He's displayed a bit of a temper toward feline roommates, so we believe he'll do best as the only cat in the home. Kit is looking for a calm, patient adopter who will give him the time he needs to settle in and the love he so clearly craves. In return, you'll gain a devoted companion who will be so grateful to have a place to call his own.
