Alfie - 4-year-old black and white domestic shorthair Alfie (also known as Buster) is the kind of cat who wants to be part of everything. If something is happening in the house, he's there for it - and he's the first to the door when someone knocks, ready to greet whoever's arriving. He's outgoing, affectionate, and endlessly playful, with a real love of attention. That's his signature trait, and for the right family it's a gift: Alfie will happily fill your home with personality and want to be in the middle of your day. He's a tuxedo - more black than white, with crisp white paws and chest. He'll curl up in your lap as readily as he'll tear across the house chasing his beloved spring toys, which he bats from room to room for what seems like infinite entertainment. He also has two cherished stuffed toys - a trout and a squirrel - that he adores so much he carries them around the house in his mouth and leaves them as little offerings. You'll find squirrel waiting for you on your bed or favorite chair, a gift from Buster. He loves watching the world from a sunny window or screen porch, tracking birds and the occasional bug that wanders in. He's confident and unflappable - loud noises and new situations don't rattle him. Alfie is up to date on shots and just went in for a wellness visit and dental cleaning. Alfie is bonded with Asa, his littermate and companion of four years, and the two are a joy to watch together. They can be adopted as a pair or separately. Alfie is ready to bring his big, friendly energy to a family who'll love having him in the thick of things .
