About Pleakly

Hi, I'm Pleakley. I'm currently in California, but my bags are packed and I'll travel to the right forever home. The world has been a pretty scary place for me lately. Everything is new, loud, and unfamiliar, so I'm still learning that people can be kind. Right now, I'm a very timid boy who just needs a little time, patience, and love to let my true personality shine. The rescue is still getting to know me, but they're already giving me something I've been missing for a long time-a chance to feel safe. I know I'm not the dog who will run into your arms on day one. But if you give me the time I need, I promise every small step forward will be worth celebrating. Watching a scared dog learn to trust is one of the most rewarding journeys there is.
