This good natured dog was saved several years ago from a TN shelter and thru a long series of events ended up in a boarding facility in GA. She has sat in a cement kennel in GA for 2 years! This is completely heartbreaking. I have made numerous posts and no one has opened up their doors for her Mona is almost 8 years old and deserves better. Prior to being in boarding, she was in a foster home where she played nicely with other dogs. She is happy and loves people.
