About Dune

I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out to ask if your organization might be able to help us rehome our beloved dog. This has been one of the hardest decisions our family has ever had to make, and we have not made it lightly. Our only goal is to find a safe, loving, and experienced home where our dog Dune can continue to thrive. Dune is incredibly affectionate and is wonderful with children, has a gentle and loving personality, and absolutely loves belly rubs. She enjoys being part of the family and has brought us so much joy. Unfortunately, our family circumstances have changed significantly. My job now requires frequent travel, making it difficult for me to provide the consistent time and attention she deserves. In addition, my son recently underwent knee surgery and is in recovery which has made it even more challenging for us to properly care for and manage Dune. As heartbreaking as this decision is, we truly believe that finding her a new home through a reputable rescue organization is in her best interest. We want her to have the opportunity to receive the love, care, and stability she deserves. If your organization is able to assist, I would be happy to provide additional information about her age, medical history, vaccination records, temperament, daily routine, and any other details that would help find the right match.
