Species: Dog (Doberman Pincher) City/County: San Antonio, TX (Bexar County) Rehoming Fee: $100(to help ensure a serious and committed home) Sex: Male Spayed/Neutered: Neutered Vaccination Status: Current on vaccinations Behavior with Dogs: Great with other dogs. Behavior with Cats: Friend nor Foe. He exists with them but doesn't chase or tries to interact with them. Behavior with Kids: Excellent with kids. He is high energy to keep up with kids but also good with nap breaks. Reason for Rehoming / Additional Information: Started to food guard and mark (this was not a behavior prior). This is due to other personal dogs in the home, as well as, foster dogs. I believe he would be great as a one dog home that way, he's able to absorb all the attention. Trust me, he is a sponge when it comes to human attention and affection. Leash: He does very well on walks. I have him on a short leash and firm command and he will walk right next to you. Toilet: He is potty trained and he knows how to use a doggy door. Beyond his current behaviors of marking in the house, I have not had incidents with him going in the home. Behaviors; He is the sweetest goofiest little doberman that acts like a little excited toddler when you come home. He also can act like a grumpy old man when he is ready for bed.At nighttime when he is sleeping on his blanket he will not let you move him or remove his blanket, he has called it for the night and needs sleep. He has been known to go, grab one of his toys to sleep with, and my kids will often cover him with a blanket.
