About Maggie

I am looking to rehome my incredibly sweet, smart, and loyal girl. She is an absolute sweetheart who loves being by your side, but due to a busy household with a young child I simply don't have the dedicated time she needs for her continued training. The best parts about me: She's the ultimate social butterfly. She absolutely loves other dogs and is great with children and new people. She is quiet and doesn't bark much. If she's off leash outside, she prefers to follow you around or stay close by. She is definitely your shadow. Once she bonds with you (which will be very quickly), she'll follow you everywhere. Training needs: I have been working with her on certain things and have made great progress so far, but she needs someone who is patient and is willing to train her. When we first got her, she wouldn't use the bathroom outside at all. Now she happily goes outside, but accidents still happen sometimes indoors. She's definitely still in the puppy chewing phase. She loves to chew and will sometimes pickup items left on the floor and chew them. In a home with a young child, it is difficult to keep everything out of reach. She would do great in a home with another dog to play with, a high energy family or someone who has the time and patience to train her.
