About Male cockatiel

I have a male cockatiel that was rescued from an older lady living in a small cage with another bird. He is now in a bigger cage with other cockatiel He Is not hand tamed he does come out of the cage now and then and flies But he won't come to you he tried to reach your hand. He would fly away So he's gonna need some work I have been working with him. I got him more relaxed, and now he makes.
