About Lutino Cockatiel

I am trying to rehome my Lutino cockatiel me and my wife got her from a older woman who kept her in a small cage so she wasn't getting Her time out of the cage or how to step up so she is not hand Tame but I've been working with her. She is now making noise and moving around pretty well but she's still afraid when someone reaches in to have her step up so she's gonna need some patience and lots of work. She should go to a home that has less noise. She will not come with a cage, so it would have to have one for her. She is a beautiful bird just needs work. Feel free to message me. Thank you.
