Full name is Topsy Turvy. She arrived at the shelter as a stray on June 17th. The shelter is full, euthanizing for space, which puts her at great risk, additional, since special needs/only way out is through a rescue org., therefore in search of a foster parent. Topsy can be fostered or fostered to adopt through A rescue org.. She is showing neurological issues, but the shelter does not have the specialists, nor equipment to fully evaluate, the rescue org. would do that, cover all costs for that and anything else she needs while being fostered. She is a very good girl, brave girl, very cute. Topsy is showing issues with what appears to be depth perception, bumps into things sometimes, stumbles off/on when walking. She is friendly, but somewhat afraid of the shelter environment, loves treats, and very interested in other doggies. She had a good leash test with a female dog, but then that dog started jumping on her as a way to play, and Topsy got scared, stumbled some, lost her balance, but withstood a lot of challenges to her balance before that happened. PLEASE, help her, foster her, if can!!! Email please, can help find a rescue org. that she can be fostered through. Please.
