About Lemonade

Meet Lemonade !! This cutie came to us with her buddy Sweet Tea (posted separately) They were very scared at the shelter but instantly became the nicest little ladies the moment we got them out. They are thriving in separate foster homes, they were not bonded and they are fine to go to separate homes. Lemonade is a approx 4 year old female. She looks like a chihuahua mix. She weighs 16 Pounds and is full grown. She will be spayed, be up to date on vaccines and microchipped as part of her adoption. She is heartworm negative and on monthly preventions. Lemonade is a chill yet fun girl. Very easy going and well behaved. She keeps us laughing with her antics and man does she LOVE her toys! She has been very good with her training so far. She has done well with potty training. She was perfect on all car rides. She does well with leash walking and is also crate trained but can be vocal at times. Lemonade has done well with all the dogs shes met both big and small. She really doesnt care about other dogs much and is just happy to have a toy to play with. Shes never met cats but would likely do find. Shes met kids and gave them a quick greeting but wasnt super interested in them. She just needs to be with kids old enough to not treat her like a toy. She has a medium energy level and would be great for a senior home or many types of families. She has spunky moments where she likes to jump up for attention and play with toys but nothing too energetic. Shes definitely looking for love and likes to hang out with you. Lemonade is fairly content to play by herself but sometimes gets lonely and comes to find you to demand loving. She talks a lot which is adorable. Her little gremlin noises are definitely her trying to get her demands met lol but overall shes not super loud or needy. She hasnt shown any issues sharing food, treats, or toys with humans or other pets. We do feed her separately in her foster home. She previously ate with Sweet Tea and was fine about it. She takes treats gently. Overall shes a well behaved little lady that loves toys and is easy to have around. We cant wait for her to find her forever home. Vet and home checks required.
