About Chloe-URGENT!!!

Poor Chloe may be a court case/confiscate, since she has been at Chicago Animal Care and Control since May 15, but only appeared on its website around July 14. She is a baby, only a year old. Only foster or foster to adopt through a rescue org.. If anyone can help her get out of the shelter by fostering, I can try to get more info.. Especially disheartening, since equal opportunity re. being euthanized when the shelter gets over-capacity, which happens often, but hasn't received equal opportunity being shared, since only recently listed.
