About Joey

Available for Adoption. Please welcome Joey, a three year old, gentle boy that we rescued from an overflowing CA shelter. As you can see in the photos, Joey gets along well with well mannered dogs, loves to swim and is a gentle soul. He has taken time to decompress from his shelter time and previous life and has opened up and is such a sweet boy. He is initially shy but once he knows you he is super sweet and affectionate. Joey is smart and is a quick learner, too. His perfect home will be one where his people continue to allow him to blossom and learn at his own pace. He would like another dog(s) to pal around with.
