About Lera

Lera didn't always know what it felt like to be safe. She had spent weeks wandering the streets alone, searching for food, a dry place to sleep, and someone who might notice her. Though she was scared, Lera never stopped wagging her tail whenever a kind person walked by, hoping this time someone would stop. One rainy afternoon, everything changed. A rescue team found Lera shivering under a park bench and brought her somewhere warm. With good meals, gentle care, and lots of patience, she slowly began to trust again. Before long, her playful personality blossomed. She discovered the joy of squeaky toys, soft blankets, belly rubs, and making new friends. Now Lera greets everyone with bright eyes and a happy tail. She loves walks, cuddles on the couch, and quietly sitting beside the people she loves. Her past may have been uncertain, but it hasn't changed her gentle heart. Lera is ready for her forever family-a family who will see not just where she came from, but the wonderful companion she's become. All she needs is someone to say, 'Welcome home.'
