* 7 years young Boxer mix * neutered * weighs 60 pounds * heartworm positive; he is treatable and not contagious * owner surrender by NO fault of his own * best boy - super loving * friendly - greets you at his door with tail wags * easy to leash and walk * curious explorer - had a good time checking everything out in the yard * smart- sat on command * treat motivated; will do anything for treats * welcomes pets and loves back scratches Boss is the best boy! He's very sweet, calm, and well behaved. He loves everyone and simply just wants someone to love him back. I know he is missing home as the shelter life is no place like home. Despite his current situation, he is being such a trooper and making the best of his time while here. Boss enjoyed back scratches and even rolled over for a belly rub or two. Boss has plenty of pep in his step and a lot of love to give. He is a great dog and we know you will think so too. Come on in to meet this good boy with the pretty smile. Our shelter is full.
