Tank is a 7 year old purebred male English Bulldog. DOB 11-6-2018. He is neutered. He is in great health. Vaccinations up to date. I can no longer keep him due to my personal health problems. I have been his only owner since 8 weeks old. He needs a house with a yard. He is mostly fine with other dogs. Older females are best. Doesn't always do well with other male dogs. No experience with cats. Great with kids. He is very reactive to other dogs while on walks. He is reactive towards moving vehicles, wheels/bikes of any kind, trash bins, poop canisters, fire hydrants. I have trained him to calm down and he is very treat motivated. Here's how: Anytime a car goes by, I put him on a down and give him his kibble. I place myself between him and the car. If another dog comes, I cross the street. I keep his focus on me with food. I give a wide berth to fire hydrants and poop canisters and keep his focus on me with food. He loves to play a game with open space where I tell him sit, I walk off with my right foot, I can get 50 feet away, then I turn, I wait, I say 'here' and I use a visual command of pulling up my right hand in case he can't hear me. When he runs to me, I tell him to sit at my feet and give him a treat. If he breaks the original sit command, I gently take him back to his spot, give him a small correction, and try again. His commands are sit, down, heel, here, leave it, break. He sleeps in his bed on the floor. He loves his kennel and will go in with the command 'kennel.' I use a pinch collar. He has a sensitive stomach and does best with Hill's Prescription Diet i/d Digestive Care Chicken Flavor Dry Dog Food,
