He's a very happy, sweet, fun, and smart boy! When he had him out, he sought lots of affection, even rolling over for belly rubs! We showed him a treat, and he gave us all of his attention and was happy to show off a few commands. He was playful too and enjoyed chasing toys! When he got tired he found a nice spot in the shade to lie down and relax. Johnny has been bathed by the groomer who said he was gentle and loved cuddles. He was very well-behaved and easy to handle for his bath and deshedding. He's a good boy and we hope someone can save him! Sadly, Johnny is euth-listed due to his playgroup notes. He's described as selective in playgroup. He's less tolerant of male dogs, so lately they've been having him in sessions with just female dogs. He's very sexually motivated (he's not neutered yet) and needs management for mounting other dogs. He is hard to steer for mounting. Recently, he got in a dog fight with another sexually motivated and intact male dog. Both dogs latched onto each other resulting in puncture wounds. Johnny appears to have a puncture wound on his leg that is currently causing him to limp. The other dog was put to sleep last week. We hope Johnny doesn't have the same outcome ���� He dies on WEDNESDAY 7/15 anytime after 8AM. He is available for FOSTER, ADOPTION, or RESCUE. Adopters must go in person to adopt.
