About Mister

Meet Mister! Don't let the distinguished name fool you-Mister is the most relaxed, loving, and downright charming 'chill dude' you will ever meet. Mister originally came to SVPP from the San Jose shelter needing a lot of medical TLC. He arrived with a painful eye infection and severe dental disease. Thanks to our amazing community, he received major dental surgery and the targeted eye medications he needed to finally feel like himself. How do we know he's feeling incredible? He literally won over his entire veterinary care team! During his recent post-op checkup, Mister did the unthinkable: he calmly climbed right up into the vet's lap to snuggle. His vet told us that in her entire career, a cat doing that has only ever happened once before! He purred like a motorboat through his entire medical assessment and proved to everyone in the room that he is a master of comfort and affection. Mister is an adult (estimated 7 year old) gorgeous blue-eyed Snowshoe mix who expresses his gratitude through loud purrs and enthusiastic headbutts.
