About Gracie

Please Welcome GRACIE to the ARK Charities Family! Gracie was an owner surrender who was brought in with two others, an older male and female. All were dropped off in a rented U-haul van at the shelter. The others were rescued and adopted and Gracie was left behind all alone. She is friendly and was severely matted and in need of some TLC for her coat. She is 85lbs and and about 4yrs old. We really want to thank @The Dog Tub located at 812 South Coast Hwy in Laguna Beach, CA who has been sponsoring and helping care for Gracie's needs. A link to their business is in the comment section. We believe Gracie was formerly an outside dog. Everthing is brand new to her. She is enjoying home life, now living with small dogs, learning to walk on a leash for the first time, and goes goes running with her foster Dad every day.. She was overweight at almost 100lbs and is now down to her bathing suit weight of 85lbs with the great care l, quality food and exercise. Gracie goes to work with her Mom daily at The Dog Tub, so pop in for a quick dog wash, or some pet supplies and say Hi to Gracie! Gracie is scheduled to come to CT mid to late August.
