Otis is a sweet little boy who came to us with no hair and skin and bones. He has been in a foster home for the last 2 1/2 months and is doing well. He plays great with other dogs including Puppies. He is housebroken if you keep him on a schedule, his adoption fee includes neuter, microchip, vaccines, up-to-date, and heartworm prevention and a leash and harness.
