About Marta

Marta is an adorable 3-month-old brown tabby who had a rough start to life, but she has shown incredible resilience and quiet strength. She came to us after being abandoned in a tiny cage with her mom and siblings at just 2 weeks old, alongside another mother cat and her kittens. They spent at least 48 hours confined in that small cage before they were finally rescued. We shared their story on our social media not too long ago. With time, patience, and love, she has grown into a gentle and sweet kitten who is learning to trust the world around her. Marta has a more reserved personality and prefers to take things at her own pace. She enjoys playing with string toys and springs, quietly entertaining herself and showing off her playful side when she feels comfortable. While she can be shy at first, she does enjoy gentle pets-especially when she's in the mood-and will reward you with her calm presence and soft affection. She appreciates having her own space and would do best in a patient, understanding home that will allow her to come out of her shell on her own terms. Marta truly thrives in the company of other cats and would benefit from having a confident feline friend to help her feel safe and continue building her confidence.
