About Charlie Girl

Hi everyone! I'm really sad that I have to make this post, but unfortunately we need to rehome my grandma's dog. My grandma has Alzheimer's and is no longer able to properly care for her. She recently moved in with my mom and me, and we tried to make things work for the past month, but after considering everything, we've decided that rehoming her is the best option. I'm posting here first because I really don't want to take her to the shelter. She's about 12 years old, overweight, and needs to be potty trained again, so I know being in a shelter would be very hard on her. She's a really sweet dog, but she does have a few special needs. She's overweight, needs some dental work, and will have accidents in the house if she isn't let outside in time. The difficult part is that she doesn't let you know when she needs to go, so you have to stay on a regular potty schedule with her.
