About Archie

Meet Archie! �%9D%A4��%8F We think Archie is a Yorkie/Chinese Crested mix, but honestly, whatever he is, he's one of the funniest looking little guys you'll ever meet! When Archie first came into rescue, he was a hot mess and a half. He hiked his leg on everything, guarded his toys because he didn't trust anyone wasn't trying to steal them, and absolutely despised being crated. Fast forward a couple of months, and Archie has come a long way. He is now crate trained, works hard to remember not to mark everything in sight, and has traded toy guarding for a favorite game of keep-away. He has really started to learn that people can be trusted, and watching his personality blossom has been so rewarding. Archie is a snuggly, affectionate boy who enjoys spending time with his people and gets along well with other dogs. His ideal home would be with adults only or older children who understand and respect his boundaries. He is not a match for homes with young children. At 10 years old, Archie still has plenty of love, laughs, and companionship to offer.
