About ROSIE

Rosie is a sweet, affectionate, and playful 1-year-old Lab mix weighing 53 pounds. She has a loving personality and is happiest when she's spending time with her people or playing with other dogs. Rosie is wonderful with adults, gets along great with other dogs, and previously lived with a cat in her Texas foster home without any issues. While she hasn't had significant experience around young children, she has shown herself to be a gentle and friendly girl. She's potty trained, enjoys relaxing in her crate, walks nicely on a leash, and knows her basic commands. Rosie has completed six private professional training sessions, and her current owner has continued reinforcing everything she's learned every day. Rosie's current owner has realized that apartment living in a busy, overstimulating complex just isn't the right environment for her. In a quieter neighborhood setting, where she can enjoy regular walks and exercise, Rosie truly shines. With the extra activity she loves, she becomes a happy, confident, and joyful dog whose playful spirit is impossible not to love. Rosie would thrive in an active but peaceful home with a family committed to continuing to build her confidence while giving her the exercise, structure, and love she deserves. Watching her run, play, and simply enjoy life is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. Rosie is currently local, and a meet-and-greet can be arranged with an approved application.
