Potty-trained, sometimes reactive to dogs on walks according to foster. Loves car rides, and loves bike rides. Loves walks. Loves pets, shoulder, face rubs. Needs dog assessment in shelter as well as exposure. Has a hard time in shelter. Separation anxiety in foster home. Dog Savvy kids preferred. Does well getting clothes on/off. Loves meeting new people, never met a stranger. Did great at the news. Did well with stairs. Did great in the crate in car. Dog friendly - coexister? MEDICAL 1. Large infected wound on intake evalaution- reolved 2. Left sided head tilt- stable 3. Left phthesical infected eye- resolved; enculeated 4. Ear infections- recurrent; chronic; currently stable 5. Potential for TECA-BO needed in the future 6. Allergies- stable; controlled; chronic 7. Dental disease- treated; stable; chronic 8. Arthritis- stable 9. Multiple mammary tumors- benign; risk of new tumor occurence elevated given age of OVH 10. Multiple skin lumps- stable; likely benign 11. UTI- resolved 12. Secondary skin infection- resolved; stable 13. Early heart disease- ongoing; stable 14. Urinary incontinence- stable; chronic; under treatment
